I also offer private 1-2-1 classes which are suitable for those who want to:

  • Improve mobility & flexibility

  • Reduce stress levels

  • Improve posture

  • Work with an injury

  • Improve overall wellbeing

  • Or simply take some time out for themselves

    Sessions are tailored to individual abilities, needs and goals, whether you have yoga experience or are a complete beginner.

This will involve a relaxed conversation aimed at giving you the opportunity to decide whether the classes feel right for you, whilst also discussing your goals and any health/issues or concerns you may have, which will allow me to structure the sessions based around your needs and abilities.
