FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat, a bottle of water and warm layers or a blanket for relaxation. (If you do not have a mat let me know in advance as there are a limited amount of spares.) We sometimes use props such as blocks, bricks and straps, these will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you have them.

What do I need to wear?

Something comfortable that you can move around and stretch freely in.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on site. Upon booking your class you will receive all the details you need about the location.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. I offer modifications to suit individual students and you are encouraged to listen to your body and choose the right level for you. Upon booking a class you will be asked to complete a student health questionnaire which will give you the opportunity to let me know about any vulnerable areas or injuries prior to the class.

Can i cancel my booking?

Yes. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for online bookings. Meaning you can cancel your class for a full refund up to 24 hours before the class start time.
